The Shrewsbury Interagency Transition Team is comprised of school staff members and community partners from local agencies, businesses, and educational institutions.
The team meets several times a year to review transition needs within the school district and community at large, with the goal of working together to improve transition outcomes for students with disabilities.
The Shrewsbury Interagency Transition Team maintains a comprehensive support network for students with disabilities by fostering communication and collaboration between district staff, local business partners, and community agencies, with the goal of improving outcomes for students as they transition from public school to adult living, learning, and working environments.
