The Assabet Valley Collaborative provides programming, professional development,
job alikes, cooperative purchasing, transportation services to our member school districts
REACH: Programming for students 9-18 with significant developmental disabilities, located within the schools of our member districts.
Evolution: Provides transition services for students 18-22, located in Shrewsbury High School.
AVCHS: Therapeutic day program for middle and high school students, located at the Bigelow school in Marlboro.
Family Success Partnership: Family Success Partnership brings together representatives from the fields of education, social work, medicine, and state government to support students and families whose mental health challenges hinder their success and well being in school.
FSP staff works closely with families to identify unique strengths and needs, and to develop a comprehensive, individual plan to fulfill those needs through a wrap around social service model.
A student's home school district must make a referral.

The Assabet Valley Collaborative holds parent workshops on a regular basis throughout the year.
